**Judging.**

After nominations close, the BBB Team will carefully review each submission to select the 2025 winner.
All nominations will be evaluated based on the selection criteria to ensure the most deserving music educator is recognized.

**Announcements of Winners.**

The winners will be revealed on **March 7, 2025**, through the Bigger Better Brains website and social media channels.
The 2025 winner will also receive a confirmation email from Team BBB with details about their prize.

**Award Celebration.**

Dr. Anita Collins, Founder of BBB, will personally connect with the winner to award their prize—a ticket to a BBB Live Course (valued at $450) or a $450 voucher for BBB Online Courses.
The nominee of the 2025 winner will also receive an email from Team BBB with their $100 voucher for the BBB Online Shop.

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: Anyone can nominate a music teacher for this award. Nominees must currently be working as music teachers in a school or educational setting. Nominees should have a maximum of 10 years of teaching experience to align with the award's focus on early-career educators. Nominees must be actively teaching music during the nomination period. This award is open to participants worldwide. Self nominations are not accepted.
Nomination Period: Nominations will be open from February 1 to February 28, 2025. Submissions received after this date will not be considered.
Prize Details:
- Winner: A ticket to a BBB Live Course (valued at $450). If the winner cannot attend a live course, they will receive a $450 voucher for BBB Online Courses. This will need to be redeemed within 12 months of award.
- Nominee of the Winner: A $100 voucher for the BBB Online Shop to spend within 12 months of award.
- The winner will be notified via email and publicly announced on the Bigger Better Brains website and social media channels on March 7, 2025. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months and is not exchangeable for cash.
Selection Criteria: All nominations will be assessed against the outlined selection criteria. The BBB Team's decision is final. If no nominations meet the criteria, the prize will not be awarded.
Use of Information: By submitting a nomination, nominators agree that their entries may be used by Bigger Better Brains for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing campaigns. Personal information will remain confidential unless express permission is granted. Information is stored securely by our website host, Squarespace.
Announcement: The winner will be announced on March 7, 2025, via the Bigger Better Brains website and social media channels. Both the winner and the nominator of the winning entry will receive a confirmation email.
Amendment Rights: BBB reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or award details if necessary, providing notice to participants.
Disqualification Clause: BBB reserve the right to disqualify nominations that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not adhere to the stated terms and conditions.
