The BBB+ Method: Introduction

The Educate to Advocacy approach is simple.

As music teachers, around 88% of the people we work with have not had a significant music learning experience in their lives.They have not learned an instrument for a long period of time, they have not sung in a choir or played in a band, and they may never have been to a music concert or steps foot in an auditorium.

More than this, many of those 88% of people may have what are called Art Scars. These are experiences in their past that may have lead them to label themselves as unmusical, unartistic or failures. These experiences can be so quick and very cut so very deep.

But there is a solution, and the power to change things doesn’t lie with other people. We have the power to change the situation
